Master Technicians has lots of items in stock, but we also have access to many more items through special ordering. Special order products are those that are not stocked at Master Technicians, but are available by placing a special order directly with the manufacturer.

Master Technicians can order for you almost any product made by a manufacturer with whom we do business. This allows us to provide you with additional products for your convenience. There are thousands of items available through our in-store Special Order program.

Our manufacturers are experts at producing and shipping the items that are not typically on the shelves of our stores. Special order products can take up to 8 to 10 weeks to be delivered to the store and all you need is a 50% deposit to get the ball rolling.

If you would like to shop for a special order item at Master Technicians, ask any store associate to see if a particular item can be ordered through our Special Order program. The store associate will then check by viewing the in-store special order catalogs and our manufacturer websites to see if your product is available. Once you've confirmed the product specifications with the store associate, they will begin to enter the product data and your contact information into a Quote Form. Once you review and approve the quote, all you have to do is pay your 50% deposit. We'll take care of the rest.

One last point, special orders are not necessarily more expensive then in-stock items. Just like the products you'll find stocked in our stores, special order products are available in a variety of price ranges to meet the needs of any customer.
