Our Warranty Policy

1.0 GENERAL
Warranty commences on the date of invoice. Warranty is given to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The consumer SHOULD HAVE THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE COUPLES WITH THIS DOCUMENT as proof of the Warranty period, or this Warranty may be null and void.
This warranty DOES NOT cover normal maintenance, damage to the product resulting from, but not limited to, accident, improper use of product, improper installation. The Warranty is considered null and void if product is repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel. Master Technicians Ltd. is the only authorized service center.

2.0 LAUNDRY PRODUCTS (Washers/Dryers)
For a period of twelve months (one year) from the date of invoice Master Technicians Ltd. will repair free of charge any parts which fail due to defective manufacture. Any failure thereafter at normal price for parts and labour.
All Washers are installed free of charge if the proper plumbing and electrical requirements are in place.
All Dryers require exhaust vent installed. There is a modest charge per dryer for this service.
All Gas Dryers must be installed by a licensed Gas Technicians with a current valid license, or the Warranty is considered null and void. There is a charge for this service.

3.0 REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, AIR-CONDITIONERS
For a period of twelve months (one year) from the date of the invoice, Master Technicians Ltd, will replace free of charge any part due to faulty manufacture.
From the second through the fifth year from the date of invoice, Master Technicians Ltd will replace any sealed system component party (compressor, evaporator, or condenser). A flat charge of One Hundred & Ninety Dollars ($190) which includes labour, freon, brazing material, valves and dryers will be the responsibility of the customer.

4.0 DISHWASHERS, MICROWAVE OVENS, DISPOSERS, COMPACTORS & ICEMAKERS
For a period of twelve months (one year) from the date of the invoice, Master Technicians Ltd, will replace free of charge any part due to faulty manufacture; any failure thereafter at normal price for both parts and labour.

5.0 ELECTRIC RANGES, COOKTOPS, OVENS, EXHAUST HOODS
For a period of twelve months (one year) from the date of invoice, Master Technicians Ltd will replace free of charge any part due to faulty manufacture; any failure thereafter at normal price for both parts and labour.

6.0 GAS RANGES, COOKTOPS, OVENS
For a period of twelve months (one year) from the date of invoice, Master Technicians Ltd will replace free of charge any part due to faulty manufacture; any failure thereafter at normal price for both parts and labour. There is no warranty on burners.
All gas products must be installed/or serviced by a licensed Gas Technicians with a current valid license or the Warranty becomes null and void.

7.0 ELECTRONICS/TELEVISION
For a period of three months (90 days) from the date of invoice, Master Technicians Ltd. will replace free of charge any part due to faulty manufacture. For a period of twelve months (one year) picture tubes on televisions and projection units on big screen home theaters will be replaced free of charge due to faulty manufacture.

8.0 SERVICE PARTS WARRANTY
Replacement parts installed in and in-warranty product will be guaranteed for the unexpired part of the warranty. Replacement of part does not extend the original warranty term.

9.0 EXPLANATION
This Warranty does not include failure due to the following:-
Misuse or abuse of product;
Domestic product used in commercial application;
Improper electrical supply;
Improper installation (not installed by MTL or authorized agent)

The Warranty is null and void:-
If the unit has been repaired or serviced by other than MTL.
If the unit has been subject to accident, alterations, neglect.
If the unit is used on improper voltage supply or during abnormal electrical supply.
If the model/serial data plate is removed from the unit.
If the unit is moved from the original installed location by persons other than MTL or its agents.

10.0 LIMITATION
10.1 Warranty does not include loss of knobs, shelving, neglect, malicious damage, cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc) caused in customer possession.
